NEXtCARE New Offices

Due to expansion and growth in the company and the teams, NEXtCARE needed to fit-out new spaces to accommodate the new requirement.

I was called-upon to assist with that, to understand the new developments, and design these new places. I designed a small office in Warba Deira which was occupied by a part of their team that didn't need to physically be in the main headquarters, this fit-out was done in 2017. A year later in 2018 I helped another and bigger part of their team move to the new office in Vakson Building in Sheikh Zayed Rd. just a couple of buildings away from their headquarters. The new space which I designed was 6650 square feet, and it presented many challenges since we merged four separate offices together, the MEP team took care of the electrical load issues, and I worked closely with the main contractor on solving all other technical and design issues.

Design-wise we carried many elements, colors, and finishes from the main offices, but had fun also adding few new touches and more modern features where possible. The overall look was very pleasing and the functionality of the space was successfully achieved.

One of the features in the office is the fold-able/whiteboard partition between the conference and meeting room.
