What would you add to the list?
I'd probably add:
- watch less or no news!
- watch comedy specially before going to bed.
- meditate
- tea for me instead of coffee! ;]
- music on.
- chillout music while driving.
- have as much "me" time as possible.
- while still taking care of loved ones.
