I loved the transformation from a traditional and rather dark divided plan into a spacious, airy, and #modern living!

Architect Gillian Green opened the house removing many partitions and dividers as much as possible creating an open plan with lots of light and function.

She reduced the material and color palette to a minimum white, gray, light wood, and black as an accent, using white painted wall and white tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms, gray concrete for flooring, light wood for cabinets adding warmth to the interiors, and few black touches in furniture and other elements like the logs stone in the living room to add interest.

I loved the simplicity and the amount of light bouncing around.
