Positive Affirmations | Health and Immune System

A strong mindset is often the difference between people who achieve and those who don't, and that's where these positive affirmation derive their importance from.


The trick for #PositiveAffirmations, however, is not to simply recite the words in a lazy soulless manner, but to really feel the affirmation and imagine what it's like and embody the words at the time or reciting, and carrying it further into the day.

The affirmation is also not a magic trick, we need to back it up with a positive attitude, as well as will and effort.

Like for the immune system affirmation below, we need to believe and feel that we have what it takes to ward off illness, and that the universe is aiding us at all time. This, however, doesn't mean we have to stop taking in vitamin C or whatever helps our immunity! ;)

In fact, the affirmation should ideally work as drive to do all the right stuff. We do live in a physical realm that needs to be respected and even harnessed.

I love this last one cos it's really simple and has "I AM CALM" at the end. very important! :)
